Human Capital Incentives is a term we use to describe the incentive programs relating to your company's job applicants, current employees, and investments made in training your workforce. Although CCG captures and administers more than Human Capital Incentives, this is a core part of our service offerings.
Strategic Infrastructure
A key focus of CCG is to assist your company in establishing an incentives infrastructure. This makes it is possible for you to benefit from existing Federal and state programs, and to capitalize on incentives introduced as part of the New Jobs Tax Credit initiative, as well as some states new job creation incentives. Some of the government incentive programs will have limited funds and time requirements—rewarding on a first-come-first served basis. CCG’s infrastructure allows you to be first in line to receive these benefits.
